Mario
Wegner
Mario Wegner’s practice focuses on advising
and representing clients in all matters relating
to intellectual property law as well as construction
and architectural law. He oversees complex construction
projects and invitations to tender. Additionally,
Mr. Wegner advises a number of clients on issues
of IT law – an area in which he publishes
on a regular basis.
Prior to the establishment of Wegner Ullrich Müller-Helle, Mario Wegner led the German litigation and dispute resolution practice of a major international law firm.
As a scholar of the Studienstiftung des deutschen
Volkes, he completed his legal studies in Rostock
and Berlin. From 2001 to September 2007, Mr.
Wegner worked at law firms Quack Rechtsanwälte
and WilmerHale in Berlin. He is a member of
the Executive Board of the Berlin Bar Association
(Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin) and of the Ethics Committee of the Federal Bar Association (Ethikkommission der Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer).
Mario Wegner is also a member of the Association for Industrial Property and Copyrights (GRUR).
